This is a Adaption of The original Will of Demise, as trying to do the EX version would have been more complicated as that contains SN Defense, but this however just adapts the same power it uses on WinMUGEN.

Note: IsFrozen happens to be activated in his -2.cns, (Which is the same result on the WinMUGEN ver.) and if you want to turn it off, either gray it out by ";" or deleting the statement entirely.
