If you want to create an account, here are the registration instructions below ⬇️

Here are the instructions on how to register on the DoomJoshuaBoy MUGEN/IKEMEN Community:

• Usernames must not contain any inappropriate, offensive, or vulgar words.
• Use a real primary email address. Temporary or disposable emails are not allowed. You will be asked to change it or risk being banned.
• If you think your email looks wrong, please report it to a staff member on Discord, use the Contact Form, or message DoomJoshuaBoy (Owner).

After registering, you are free to upload your own avatar and banner.

Avatars and banners must be SFW. Do not use NSFW, fetish, 18+, or gore images. If you do, you will be asked to change it. Failure to do so will result in it being removed.

Forums

1. Please treat everyone with respect. No drama, toxicity, harassment, or personal attacks.
2. Do not sell MUGEN or IKEMEN resources. Everything must remain free and open-source.
3. Do not excessively beg for resources. Limited requests are allowed only in the Requests section.
4. Spamming and doxxing are strictly forbidden.
5. Posting any NSFW content is not allowed. Posts will be deleted. Repeated offenses (2+ times) will result in a warning and restriction from posting/uploading for 1 month.
6. Please use English as the main language. You may use a translator if needed.

Uploading

Please read these rules carefully before uploading files.

1. You may only upload MUGEN and IKEMEN related content (Characters, Stages, Screenpacks, Full Games, Add-ons, etc.). Always upload in the correct category and subcategory.
2. Compress your files into .zip, .rar, or .7z. If the file is too large, provide a download link.
3. Adding proper previews and screenshots is required.
   1. For characters: Include small/big portrait + idle animation gif.
   2. For stages: Include clean screenshot(s).
   3. For screenpacks/full games: Include screenshots of Menu, Select Screen, Fight Screen (optional), Victory Screen (optional), and Options.
4. Always give proper credit to the original author(s) in the description. If unknown, write "Unknown" or "Unknown Creator".
5. Do not release or leak another creator’s fully original work (made completely from scratch) without their explicit permission.
   However, heavily edited or modified versions of existing public resources are allowed (this is the standard practice in the MUGEN/IKEMEN community). Just make sure to give proper credit to the original creators.
6. Frost Tier to Anti-Malware cheapies are allowed for preservation purposes. However, you must clearly label them as such in the title and description, and strongly advise users to run them in a Virtual Machine (VM) and follow all safety instructions provided.
7. Do not upload actual harmful viruses or malware intended to damage users' systems. Real malicious files (not cheapies) will result in an immediate upload ban.
8. Low-effort or duplicated uploads will be removed or moved to Junk.
9. DO NOT UPLOAD 18+ OR NSFW CONTENT. You will be banned from the website.

🎵 Audio Upload

1. ❌ No gore, NSFL, torture, death, or real-world violence audio.
2. ❌ No NSFW, explicit sexual, or pornographic audio.
3. ❌ No harassment, hate speech, threats, or content intended to attack others.
4. ⚠️ Only upload content you are comfortable sharing publicly.
5. 🛡️ Staff reserve the right to remove any audio that negatively impacts the community or violates these rules.

Media Upload Rules

To maintain a stable, safe, and creator-focused environment on mugen.doomjoshuaboy.com, all uploaded media must follow the rules below.

1. General Upload Standards

• Content must be related to MUGEN or IKEMEN projects
• Files must be clearly labeled with accurate titles and descriptions
• Uploads must be safe for general community viewing
• Cheapies that include exploits, externals, etc..must be clearly stated in the description

2. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited across all uploads:

• NSFW / explicit sexual content
• Gore, NSFL, torture, or graphic violence
• Harassment, hate speech, or targeted abuse
• Real-world violent or disturbing material
• Any content involving minors in inappropriate contexts

Enforcement: Violations may result in content removal or account action.

3. Image Upload Rules

• Must be related to MUGEN/IKEMEN (characters, stages, UI, previews)
• No nudity, explicit sexual imagery, or NSFW content
• No gore or extreme violence imagery
• No stolen artwork without permission or proper credit
• No spam or unrelated image dumps
• Use clear preview images that represent the upload accurately

4. Video / GIF Upload Rules

• Must be related to gameplay, showcases, tutorials, or community content
• No NSFW or violent video content
• No bait, flame content, or intentional disruption uploads
• Titles must accurately reflect content
• No spam or low-effort repeated uploads

5. Community Conduct

• Respect creators and community members
• No misleading or deceptive uploads
• No duplicate file flooding
• Staff moderation decisions are final

Discord and Chatbox

1. Please treat everyone with respect. No drama or toxicity.
2. Posting NSFW content is not allowed. Repeated offenses will result in warnings, restrictions, and possible Discord ban.
3. Spamming and doxxing are strictly forbidden.
4. Discord invite links are not allowed (except ones approved by staff beforehand).
5. All users must follow the Discord Community Guidelines.
