The leet spelling of REIMU is intended to be the official name, so the name is l_reimu, which is Reimu in leet spelling.
By bypassing DEP and loading the library char/_reimu/a.dll, arbitrary code can be executed.
The execution simply creates a file (HOGE) directly under the home directory (%HOME%).
The above can be stopped and changed to launching the command prompt.
