Yeah, who's worse is absurdly hard to answer, there's just so many bad people who are directly neck and neck with each other in infamy, its what gave the MUGEN community its overwhelmingly bad reputation of being a toxicity safeheaven.
Yeah its a hard question to answer that, and to be fair I agreed with @slzeromugen. every time I seen most community becoming the worse web.
hard question, but i believe it's either Mystery107 or Torneo. (i believe Mystery107 is worse though, that guy's controversial as all hell broken loose istg)
Honestly, it's hard to tell since there's so many controversial Mugen authors/Youtubers causing mayhem with each other around this community.
I would say Torneo, Pow Pink, or Kuro Aonix/Dawsaw/Witherower since these 3 I know are the ones have caused a lot of drama in the community.

Torneo have Sells Mugen Characters, have Completely Narcissist level of EGO (Just like Pow pink), being Bad Influence to Both Cheap and KOF Community, Think Mugen is Dead, and He is complete bully to People, That what I am aware of What he done to Community but He Pretty sure there more Bad Thing He done to Community that I am not aware of.
