Considering I am a 01 baby. I've watch all of what you presented. so to answer your question I watched pretty much anything that was on pbs kids, 4kids, nickelodeon, cartoon network and disney channel along with disney XD (if we were lucky to even watch it) also watched toonami too during those times. and won't lie adult swim lmao

But if you really meant what type of animes, cartoons and movies that stuck out and that I actually liked in my childhood it was quite simple. I was a tomboy so I was heavy into bakugan, beyblade, pokemon, etc.. I was also loved skylanders and disney infinitity despite me never having the games or figures until much later in life. WWE and impact wrestling was also a big factor in my childhood as well. shit was sweet man simple times fr.

Anime that marked my childhood - Bakugan & Beyblade (anime like naruto, sailor moon, dragon ball z didn't come until later)
Cartoons that marked my childhood - Charlie & Lola, Stanley, Max & Ruby, Octonauts, and Imagination Movers and Handy Manny (sorry it's hard to choose just 2 on this one)
Movies that marked my childhood - Nightmare Before Christmas, All Madea Movies, Holes, WWE Movies (like WWE and Scooby doo ones, etc..)

Cartoon: Ratatouille, and Droopy

Anime - Sonic X (Tails and Cream are my favorite couple) and Pokémon!
Cartoon - Man soo many to choose but mostly Tom and Jerry Series and Looney Tunes Series!
Movies - I love mostly The Three Stooges(Slapstick) and Sonic the Hedgehog Series! (Gotta love Jim Carrey becoming Dr Robotnik!)

I would kind of add the anime part: "Spirited Away"
Though Seeing that film a few times as a grown up. This does feel mostly relatable. Especially ever since my dad passed away 3 days before christmas (2025)
