Please don't take this the wrong way, but please help this old man to understand how a music creator has an interest in the Mugen or Ikemen Go fan base community, and what do you mean by "intermediate-level author"? What does that mean, and what do you create really? Also, I'm a bit confused. Why do you call yourself a music creator when that's not the right That term is broad, so sometimes people use it as a catch-all. But in the professional industry, For example, if you're really composing specifically for games, Are you a video game composer for gaming? Are you a street DJ or musician? Are you a rock musician in a band? Or the radio DJ running the radio station or the DJ running clubs? If you don't mind, help this old man to understand.Heya, names Izanagi Kenichi (I go by Ken or Kenichi), an intermediate-level author and music creator! Haha, alright, I can break it down for you:We're glad you're here with us and welcome to our community. Also, you do know this place is for making and sharing and creating content for the Mugen software and Ikemen GO software. I hope you understand what this place is all about, right?
OMG you helped this old man to understand what you do. So you are what we called you yourself: a 100% content creator. "Jack of all trades" when it comes to editing and making new content; if it's Mugen, music, animation, or other edits, that is still known as "content creator status." It is really an honor to meet you; you are just a content creator, no matter how you look at it. that still consider it creating content of what you enjoy most as a hobby. Pursuing a career in animation is a good start because that leads to being an independent animator for art and music. If you ever want to learn about Ikemen, go and screenpack. You're welcome to ask me; I'd love to show and teach you what I learn. you can follow me here on my video guide for Ikemen go screen packHaha, alright, I can break it down for you:
1. Simple, creating MUGEN characters and stages all while making music sounds like a blast to me! I've made tons of stages, and even made custom tracks to go with them!
2. When I said "intermediate-level author, I mean the fact that I've got SOME knowledge and experience under my belt editing characters, stages and screenpacks alike. I've got some pretty good talent, but I'm not THAT good to be considered an expert. I'm a part of the King of Fighters MUGEN side of the community, and I've created 2 edits named Void and Kiroshi (Kiroshi had to be cancelled due to controversy). I've made a few stages as well. While I've made a screenpack before, I'm relatively new to creating an Ikemen GO one.
3. Fair point, so to be more specific, I compose soundtracks for both games AND animations (I'm starting my own animation series soon). It's really just a hobby, as I don't make any money from my soundtracks (I hope to do soon in the future!).
4. Yes, I am aware of what this place is all about. And while I'm not as experienced enough as most people here, I'll personally do my best and share a lot of my content here!
Hope these answered your questions!![]()
No need to be in the big leagues when you already are one; just start off making small projects before taking bigger things. Remember that you can't do this alone and you need supporters, and build your trust in making content that makes you happy. Because at the end of the day, you're not making content for everyone; you're doing it for you to build those experiences and enjoy it. Don't treat it like a chore, and if you choose to share it with the community, it's your choice. Just a bit of advice from a theme creator who has 9 years of experience in the field of the Mugen and Ikemen communities. You're too kind! I'm just your casual creator, trying to make it to the Big Leagues.
