► So this roster consists of characters that are はかない status. what does this mean? well, this means this roster has some lore. let me explain, all the characters you see here are public but they are leaks. more like はかない leaks. there was a situation in the server I mentioned before several times in previous videos.

► In which, there was people that leaked these characters but within a couple of days those characters were deleted. how? well, some was already re-uploaded to ak1 but was deleted by the staff there, and you can't find it anywhere else except that discord or this mugen roster here. because if you were to rehost these characters to sites like ak1 there's a chance it will be deleted because apparently, ak1 seems to be the only form that cares about certain leaked characters while mugen archive surprisingly doesn't care.

BUT, I decided to move this roster to be hosted here as well since, overtime some of the characters here have been rehosted to mugen archive. and I think one or two did manage to stay up on ak1 anyways, have fun you guys. description info is outdated so enjoy regardless.
