About this character according to OP (AutoScorer):

This character does not play matches.
It does not proceed from the character select in the first place.
Please use it in a well-lit room at a distance, as it is quite bad for the eyes.
-How to use
1. Register the character in "select.def".
2.Open mugen.
3.Select this character.
4. End.
I noticed it late because of the monitor connection, but it looks like the PC volume is maxed out as well.
Be careful not only with your eyes, but also with your ears and surroundings.
Winmugen only! also, I would like to add that according to the comments of this character from MA they state that it really lives up to it's name for it controls your computer by increasing your volume, unbinding everything on the computer aka unbinded the keyboard and mouse and overall, can be very overwheming. if I had to describe this character myself, by the looks of it, it feels like a SCP in a way it's described.
So if you want my opinion on it, I would just say SEIZURE WARNING AND VOLUME WARNING for this character. if someone is willing to test this out and make a showcase let me know and I'll post it here.
