Same thing as Poyomousy's edit of Plusle, I'm guessing it mostly changes the AI.

I'm not sure what this edit of YochiThMaster333's Plusle changes, I'm guessing it's mostly the AI that was changed.

Basically this edit is SuperMario193281's Fair Super Mario but more balanced, though despite being more balanced now, he's still a pretty broken character, so it's still pretty hard to defeat with balanced characters.
