im so sorry that i've been offline from posting character for a long time
i js get bullied everyday at school cuz i have adhd and autism and my name is vladimir and ofc they goin with the putin :\
the bullying doesnt make me cry or mad but when i get home i lose ALL motivation to do smth and i js sit there and doomscroll/listen to music
but whithout further ado, this is a character i edited in less than 1 hour
i quickly edited this character and posted it so my account doesnt get full of dust and spider web (aka, my account get old whithout posting anything)
this character has no nerfs and MORE buffs
this character was also done so i can test how dramatically add too many effects and i think it turned out well
i THINK this character works on mugen 1.0 but idk. ya'll tell me if it works or nah then ill update the description
also the moveset are nerfed so its easier to make moves
D, DF, F, D, DB, B, a/b/c. changed to D, DF, F, a/b/c
if im not allowed to post this character then TELL ME cuz i didnt saw it and i DONT wanna violate the mugen rules

it doenst shows it so i have to say it:

Sprites : 1812 (+96 more than the original)
Animations : 153 (+5 more than the original)
Sounds : 73 (+7 more than the original)
it might look minimalist but TRUST ME! looks like if it had more than 400+ sprites or whatever
