A great character but should add some moves and the AI should be improved

Great Z2i char, plays well but his ai could use some work. Minor bug i think but his Z counter only uses up meter half the time. Sometimes it takes 1 bar as per usual Z2 mechanics but sometimes it can happen back to back with 0 bar. That aside hes great
