This (puppet?) cyan creature was made as a mean to ragebait the MUGEN database users when animations were solely extracted in Fighter Factory. The idle animation consists of 8 individual layers, but got ripped nevertheless XD
About the character itself, it cannot be controlled, it cannot be hit and it solely shoots 5 projectiles that knocks the opponent down rapidly... yeah, that's the character.
