By your truly
Here below is the text that I've wrote on my site since I am too lazy to write a new text:
erhaps my first actual character, this character is a joke character based on Makita corporation, a japanese brand tool that (in my opinion) needs no introduction. Before you ask, yes, this character was made as a response to certain meme, a somewhat not ironic meme at a certain extent... with that information, one would expect the character be filled with the "baked homer" meme and call it a day, however, this character takes a different route; Makita can use some saw blades to attack, call other tools such as a nail gun, a compact router and a digital radio lantern (and yes, this is a thing), use several abilities stolen from several characters and has a rather curious ability to summon latino america's most iconic mustachioed man, a dude in a grandmother suit and a... giant stickfigure with the only intention of being cheap.
Makita's gameplay style is neither fish nor fowl and its toolset is... rather questionable, though I think this was the character's purpose. Also, I had fun making this character and I think I would consider this a "so-bad-it's-good"-type of character due to its gags.
