An edit I did to Juggernaut to improve his gameplay.
-Sped him up a bit (I know he's supposed to be slow, but he wasn't THAT slow in the games).
-Can chain a bit better.
-Can do air combos.
-Increased hittime and endlag on a few moves.
-Air attacks can't be teched.
-Gem of Cyttorak is now a level 2.
-Juggernaut Punch can otg.
-Increased time before opponent can tech on hypers and normal attacks.
-Tweaked guardflags on some attacks.
-Has MvC Cancels.
