According, to the OP who uploaded this:
"Full title: Jansen Franca-Ultimate M.U.G.E.N 2016 1.0 Edition
This thing is pretty interesting...
So i found out about this screenpack in another screenpack. I got curious so i decided to search it out and i found the screenpack creator's MUGEN Database page. It had a link to the creator's website so i opened and surprise surprise! The link was dead
. But that didn't stop me though, because i putted the website link in Wayback Machine and BOOM! The screenpack was there! With a working Dropbox link (i doubted that i link was alive but it was alive somehow)
Interesting thing is how MUGEN Christmas Edition Screenpack (made by the same creator of this screenpack) is here but not this one in specific... probably because how everyone forgot about this screenpack.
Also, this screenpack is an edit of Josh Geary's screenpack."
