Fighter Factory is a program created by VirtuallTek to aid in the creation and modification of M.U.G.E.N content as a more streamlined alternative to Elecbyte's official creation tools. Fighter Factory is available for Windows, Linux, and (as of Studio) macOS.

The first version, known simply as Fighter Factory, was released in 2005; a reworked version known as Fighter Factory Ultimate was released in 2009 but was later superseded by Fighter Factory Classic due to poor reception of the former. The latest version available is Fighter Factory Studio, originally released on 4th April 2018.

Fighter Factory has been cited as an essential tool for M.U.G.E.N. creators because of its ease of use and convenience, to the point that Elecbyte's tools are widely considered obsolete by comparison.
