1-Add the 'GATD-DeathAdder_Stage' folder to your 'stages' folder.
2-If you want the stage with the regular 'loop' music, add the following to the 'select' file (for MUGEN 1.1 and IKEMEN-Go 0.99.0):
* stages/GATD-DeathAdder_Stage/deathadder-[4-3]-MUGEN.def
*-If you want the stage with the regular 'loop' music, and the 'Round 3' music feature, add the following to the 'select' file (IKEMEN-Go 0.99.0 Only):

3-Save file and play.
