CV Kyouken Wakamoto is a clear reference to the japanese voice actor Norio Wakamoto. As result, several of his moves are rip-offs of Wakamoto's voiced characters, such as Johnny, M. Bison, Hol Horse, DIO and Cell. He can also God Press you and he can also launch himself against the opponent with a flaming you-know-what.

A previous version of this character (CV Wakamoto) is all around the web, released by Nijikaku Crew. Appartently 2ch people edited it, adding new moves and more fun to its arsenal.
