I mentioned creating a quick, weak (threadless) instakill edit just so you wouldn't be left with too few characters this year.

This time, I've created something... patriotic, if we can put it that way.

There isn’t much to say about this character other than the fact that it’s absolutely possible to defeat her,

and it’s easy too... if you know what you’re doing.

The only way to beat this character is to use Supernull or higher.

Attacks like %n and %f/DtC can’t beat her... at least as far as I know!

If you're not seeing many effects, it's because you're using the default values in mugen.cfg!
