A fairly simplistic edit of Rare Akuma that turns him into the miniature version of himself that the regular version will frequently summon as an attack. In the code, this is referred to an "Akuma Junior." This character is edited from an older version of Rare Akuma from 2008 because it works in both WinMUGEN and new MUGEN, but the differences shouldn't be too noticeable for the sake of this edit.
Because freqmul no longer works in new MUGEN, I modified his sounds to match the higher frequency it's supposed to have; but this means that he'll be extra squeaky in WinMUGEN, which is why I left a copy of the original snd file.
It works pretty much exactly the same as the Akuma Junior helper: it's a mini version that does a decreased amount of damage and doesn't have access to hypers or some specials. Instead of dying almost instantly after being attacked or after a certain amount of time has passed, this edit will continue to survive and take damage. If you want one that dies quickly, you can also lower his life constant in Constants.cns.
This edit was made in a single day, so there may be some bugs. I originally made it as an alternative or a reproduction of the lost "mini demon Akuma" by an unknown author, which was seen on screenshots from the old threads about international cheap characters. A lot of these characters remain unfound for the time being, and I see it as a personal duty to the MUGEN community to do what I can to find and upload such characters for all to enjoy; because in the end, that's what MUGEN is all about. I really hope that more people feel the same.
