Hey everyone,
The survey window has officially closed, and the results are locked in. A massive thank you to everyone who participated and shared their genuine perspectives. The data and written responses made one thing crystal clear: the silent, productive majority of this community cares deeply about stability, unique creations, and keeping this space functional, while the manufactured drama is just noise.
We have compiled the charts and the text feedback, and we are officially locking in our operational standards based on what the majority decided.
Thank you to everyone who took the time out of their day to participate. below is the graphs regarding the polls.

Official Policy & Operational Rollout (Effective Immediately)
- On Enforcement and Accountability (44.4% Zero Tolerance / Strong Community Feedback):
- The community sentiment on behavioral strikes is firm. As one direct response put it: “Abide by your own rules... There is no amount of pressure and crocodile tears... to get unbanned, and granting the request literally makes the rule about disallowing bad people useless.”
- Moving forward, staff will maintain strict boundaries against bad-faith actors, prioritizing platform safety over external pressure.
- On Managing External Drama (55.6% Balanced Approach):
- Rather than feeding into external soap operas or reacting to every outside narrative, the platform will focus primarily on internal operations, database stability, and active engine/project development (like ikemen:void), only addressing major safety threats when necessary.
- On Staff Intervention & Transparency (44.4% Strict Oversight / Constructive Feedback):
- Staff will maintain proactive safeguards to protect the site backend, while taking note of the community's call for clear communication and holding the line against outside followings.
- On Core Community Assets & Success (77.8% Balanced Mix & Archiving):
- The community's highest priorities are clear: a reliable, well-archived file-sharing system, active development, and a balanced, sustainable environment.
- Comprehensive historical archiving will continue, backed by clear description warnings (such as technical notes like dimension inf) to ensure complete transparency.
The Platform Comparison
Compared to chaotic spaces like AK1, respondents overwhelmingly noted that DJB provides actual structure, moderation, and a much healthier environment to actually build and enjoy the hobby. all according to the form submissions.Looking Forward
The experiment proved that when the noise is stripped away, this community wants a stable, creative space free from toxic interference. The rules are set, the data has spoken, and we are moving forward to focus on what actually matters: creating, sharing, and developing.Thank you to everyone who took the time out of their day to participate. below is the graphs regarding the polls.
