Offline MUGEN Content Recovery Thread

Does anyone have any offline MUGEN content (stages, characters, lifebars, screenpacks, etc.) that they wanna talk about?

In my case, I'm looking for the 2016 update of Syoryuzan Kohaku:

Like for example, I wanted to have a char named SCP-3199
but, it's lost

Lost media makes me miss out on a lot of good characters.
