hello,i ve part of various mugen communitys at the time,the problem is,everyone they are very toxic users or poorly moderated,or have paywalls (mugenguild and mugenarchive) or login stuck problems (mugenfreeforall) i remember a dude from brazil acted rude to people who start playing mugen in 2006,thats put me in bad mood at the time,but now i dont care anymore.

my favorite version is mugen 1.1 by elecbyte,my pc can run perfectly ikemen nightly,but i like the simplistic and modern mugen ui from mugen 1.1

pd: i ve put a comment on yoonbin16 youtube about supporting this website,but i decide to deleting my comment due to toxic youtube mugen-content creators aroud in that platform,sorry to everyone.

Thanks for the detailed intro, man. Sorry you had to deal with so much toxicity and nonsense across the other spots. Unfortunately, that’s been the story for a lot of people dead chats, power-tripping mods, random rudeness, and paywalls everywhere. the old Brazilian dude from 2006 era sounds like a classic case of “gatekeeping at its finest” smh

Glad you found your way here. We’re actively trying to be the opposite of that mess:

• Clear and fair rules (we just dropped that big PSA reminder about only using the report button for actual drama or anything above that)
• We actually encourage people to talk to each other and help out
• No paywalls, no random bans, etc..
• New Commissions category + the fresh Entertainment Hub with browser games

We’re big fans of classic mugen 1.1 too, although ngl it does come with it's own fair share of issues thats clean, simple UI still hits different even if IKEMEN is more powerful in a way.

Drop some of your favorite characters, stages, or whatever you’ve been working on. And don’t worry about the YouTube comment situation, you’re safe here. and remember, we are always open for feedback in fact we actually listen and care about the feedback provided by our community. so far we have implemented faster uploads, and plan to rework the post in menu suggested by a user.

We are actually still consistently adding more and MORE tools and information unto the site to help support both new, returning users and even veterans! (I am actually currently working on guides such as how to make characters, stages, screepacks, etc.. we even have a cheapie guide as well)
