Basically What Im Saying Is; People Using Older Versions Of Chars Just Because They're The First Thing That Pops Up When They Search On MUGEN Archive Or "Char Mugen" On Google

I wouldn't go so far as "hate" but I def dislike it when an OP character's older, low quality versions get more rep than the good ones which tend to be under the rug. Case in point, plenty still prefer the array of bad JUS Brolys or the old Nightmare one over the POTS Broly by Ansatsuken. That seems to be changing though
