Delga is from MONSTER, an obscure doujin fighting game by 8105graphics that has attracted a sizable number of furries to the characters. The actual game? Not so much. I think most people know Delga from his MUGEN conversion. You should play MONSTER.

This is an accurate conversion of a character from the obscure Fighter Maker game from 2004, Destruction Desire. A game is heavily inspired by Guilty Gear X as far as I can tell, and Barns seems heavily inspired by Sol Badguy.
This version of Arthur is partially inspired by Sludge and Acey's Arthur that was released before his appearance in MVC3. There could've been more put in this version to at least put more MVC3 stuff in it but they didn't go that route.
