This version of Raphael comes from the two very obscure VHS tapes based on the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles called We Wish You a Turtles Christmas and Turtle Tunes respectively. They are infamous for their awful turtle costumes and cheesiness. In MUGEN, Raph is a fairly strong opponent, using the gifts from splinter and his brothers as assists (even that opera guy again).
