(This char upload is a transfer from AK1 Mugen community, I'll also transfer my other AK1 uploads here and make sure I upload on both to stay consistent, since i know some people (including me) still like to use AK1 and it would be weird if I uploaded on one, but not the other. Also, fuck myself for thinking capitalizing every word I typed was a good idea)

This version of Tom is an edit of Hannah Montana's version that turns it into a JUS character (only in the stylistic department, meaning it won't look ridiculously small among normal rosters), and gives it a few additional moves (mainly summoning Jerry and Spike).

This is easily the best version of the (mostly) silent mouse-chasing cat for Mugen. Really, the only problem with this character is that if it's CPU controlled, its palettes will be randomly selected instead of being tied to a key, meaning if you don't like alternate colors, you'll have to F4 the match multiple times in order to get the regular palette. But other than that, this version is much better compared to the other two Tom's for Mugen (Zobbes and Hannah Montana's original version) and the one I'd recommend the most.

WARNING: This character screams a lot, so I recommend turning down your volume before trying him
