The Freezer is an unknown entity seen in Saints Row 2. He can only be found after getting out of bounds of the Zombie Uprising map using ingame cheats. Upon exploring a seemingly empty city besides some zombies spawning, the player will find various oddities and glitches, such as the game screen being brighter. After a few moments of wondering what is the worst that could happens, an unknown entity, nicknamed by the Saints Row community as The Freezer, will spawn, and will not only crash the game, but also corrupt important data within the game files, bricking the game. (mrsaintsgodzilla21 has a nice video explaining the glitch.) Don't worry ! This is not a cheapie that can mess with the engine or its characters. This is a joke character that simply emulate what happens if The Freezer appears in MUGEN, complete with a game crash.
