This character was planned to have far more stuff and never was actually properly finished, it was meant to have way more content, polishing and etc. Like attacks, palette modes and etc. But for some reason the author decided to release the character still unfinished, with lots of stuff missing (even the defeat animation from end of match is left unfinished) and bugs. What I'm saying is even more proved by the character's coding, where in one of the files there is information for possible attacks the character was meant to have, like more food assists rather than just one.
