A very old MUGEN stage created by Kazmer13, who is more famous for making Mortal Kombat characters and MK-styled Chun-Li.
Last edited date is September 8th, 2000, but Tekken 4 didn't exist at that time until 2001 (2002 for PlayStation 2 version), and the stage itself didn't come with music, meaning that the stage was made sometime after 2001 or 2002.
Plane on the left side seems to be cut off for some reason.
