Street Fighter II': Special Champion Edition, known as Street Fighter II' Plus (ストリートファイターII ダッシュプラス, pronounced Street Fighter II Dash Plus) in Japan, is a versus fighting game released by Capcom for the Sega Mega Drive in 1993.

The release is a two-in-one compilation of the arcade games Street Fighter II': Champion Edition and Street Fighter II' Turbo: Hyper Fighting. It was the first Street Fighter game to be released on a Sega system.

OldGamer had created this new version of Street Fighter II: Special Champion IKEMEN Edition for the Ikemen Go software. This is not like any other classic Street Fighter game we all know.

The gameplay still feels like the 6-button action, but the special moves that we all knew how to play have been changed. There are 12 Street Fighter characters to choose from in a 2 vs. 2 tag team system battle. Net-play online with your friends; now players can battle with up to 4 controllers. Battle Support Multi-Play: 6 hidden characters you can unlock by playing as Chunli, Guile, Zangief, Barlog, and M. Bison.
