(This char upload is a transfer from AK1 Mugen Community)

I just decided to upload it here since I couldn't find it anywhere else aside from Mugen Archive.

This version of the "martial artist" and "actor" uses his sprites from the cancelled SNES game, "Steven Seagal Is The Final Option" (which isn't even actually him and is instead a lookalike, mainly because TecMagik (the developers of the game) didn't want to pay him).

It's a bit of a basic character with not a lot going on, but it's a lot better than The Supremes version (the one that uses Ryuji's sprites and speaks Italian for some reason), mainly because all his moves actually function and hit the opponent.
