Capcom vs SNK Sonic the Hedgehog (V2)

This is a rebalanced and updated version of the original character.

Version 2 focuses on improving gameplay, fixing several issues, and giving Sonic a much more competent AI. The character now has access to better combo routes, improved offensive tools, smarter decision-making, and a variety of balance adjustments designed to make him more fun and consistent to play.

This release includes:

• Rebalanced gameplay and move properties.
• Improved AI with better combo usage, reversals, okizeme, meter management, and general decision-making.
• Multiple bug fixes and quality-of-life improvements.
• Numerous quote additions.
• A detailed changelog included in the "changes" folder.
• A criticism section discussing issues found in the original version and the reasoning behind several changes.

Planned Updates:

• Reduce or remove Ghost Parry issues as much as possible.
• Add additional color palettes.

Important:
This character is currently IKEMEN-only. A MUGEN-compatible version may be released in the future.
