a rushed-ish MUGEN 1.1b1 screenpack i made outta boredom. started working on this yesterday at late evening like unreasonably usual (or something like that) and finished it today after a while of work-in-progress that wasn't too much... anyway.
(NOTE: please don't 1-star me just because the screenpack is bad, i tried my best to make something that isn't a character or a stage atleast)

also was supposed to be themed around Scratch (the coding website) at one point (the backgrounds were done using Paint.net, plus the music and versus screen are probably the most accurate parts (versus screen resembles the Scratch 2.0 project editor, and the music is pretty much the Scratch music loops from 1.4 (+ a song by the same guy behind Techno1/Gryrow, titled "gizfam")

i'm bored.
