This master of the Kusanagi martial arts style is adapted to the PotS style (this gameplay is a mix of several games, such as KOF, CvS2, SFZ3, and SF3, created by Phantom of the Server).
This customized version of Saisyu was created by Lurker, who did a great job crafting a high-quality character (though not without flaws—but there are only a few). Honestly, I’m surprised this character went so unnoticed by the community.
I REALLY recommend you try this character—you won’t be disappointed. I give it a 9/10.
