Made by the same author who made that Steven Seagal character and conversions of characters from Street Fighter: The Movie Game, this version of Rocky is mostly based on his appearance is the Sega Master System game

There’s honestly not much else to say about this version, he plays decently well, he doesn’t have anything majorly broken, he has some insanely good movement for being almost entirely grounded, and overall, if you’re looking for a different version of Rocky to go along with Xdxdav’s version, i easily recommend this one.

Also, there is an additional file to this upload, which is a “Claim-free” edit that replaces the actual versions of the 3 songs he has (“Gotta Fly Now”, “Eye of the Tiger”, & “Burning Heart”) with themes from the Master System game (mainly the “VS” theme for his intro and the “Victory” theme for whenever he fully wins the match). This edit was made so those who don’t want to risk getting copyright claimed (or possibly struck) can use the character without any issue.
