- Win-MUGEN
According to OP:
The god of creation has descended from the heavens to bring forth judgement to humanity. He shall show no mercy.
This character was just something random I thought of one day. Heavily inspired by Keyser's characters.
Also kind of a tech demo showing off a new piece of code I made.
----------IMPORTANT----------
FOR WINMUGEN, 1.1, AND IKEMEN GO.
THIS CHARACTER WILL NOT FUNCTION IN 1.0
THIS CHARACTER IS NORMALLY INCOMPATIBLE WITH WINMUGEN. TO CONVERT THIS CHARACTER TO WINMUGEN, SIMPLY CHANGE THE .SFF VERSION TO V1.0
