Original unedited version of MvC2 Plusle I made.
This character contains color separation, which means it is possible to have Plusle to wear shirt, pants, scarf, or even have eyelashes if you happen to make a certain palette. Palettes are interchangeable with my MvC2 Minun.

Made for MUGEN 1.0 and newer.

Voice: Pokemon Anime (with some sounds edited), though idk which Plusle since I took such voice lines long time ago.
