MvC2 version of Pichu, one of iconic Generation 2 Pokemon, featuring moveset from Super Smash Bros. series.
Sprite was originally made by DanielProKun15, though I didn't like the shape of his head, so the head part of his sprites had to be redone.
It also features its trademark recoil damage like in Super Smash Bros. as an option you can enable in config.txt file.
Made for MUGEN 1.0 and newer.
