(What is this ?)
This is a version of one of the most famous old cheapie characters in ONI-MIKO, totally remade from the ground up, with the main goal of nerfing her to the point of being a more normal character. This thing is a nightmare to check coding-wise, so many moves and effects aren't exactly the same in this version. She might still be broken, and she retains the ability to spam projectiles (She's a Touhou what do you expect?), but at least she isn't near invincible or OHKO out of nowhere. Please note that a lot of features from the original character, such as effects, cheap modes, and certain moves, mostly from higher palettes, didn't make it in, but should have the core moveset.
This is not the first Edit or take based on ONI-MIKO, cheap or not.
The BLT suffix didn't meant for anything, but it is a kind of sandwich people eat, and to poke of cheapie Edits with them in their names.
