To quote what Pepsiman has put on his page:
=================================================================
After years of planning, work, money, time spent for production, she's finally here...
The best revamp and perfected version of Monika to ever behold itself in MUGEN as a whole.
She's fun to play, brutal to watch, and absolutely destructive on the battlefield; This Literature Club President's got a few words to say, and a lot of action to maintain!
I want to thank everyone that worked with me to get this character made, no matter how big or small, I appreciate you guys for seeing this through.
