Another one of AxKing's Pokemon characters.

This character, like all of AxKing's Pokemon characters, are based on DG's MvC SF3 Ryu according to file names and leftovers in form of sprites (which will show up if Mimikyu is lost by time over or being thrown), but is far from being a spriteswap as the moveset is different. Though it is also based on AxKing's Pikachu judging by the super portrait.

(this character uses the same sprite for both idle animation and portrait, so one image is used for both)
