This module adds the Reduce Mechanic from MBAACC to IKEMEN GO.
upon pressing a/b/c/x/y/z/s 3 frames before or 4 frames after being hit, the damage taken is reduced by 30%.

Installation
- Add melty_reduce.zss to your Common States.
- Launch IKEMEN GO.
