An old MvC2-like character I made in 2018 that, unlike the later ones, is based on my old MvC2 Emolga, which is based on Zobbes' Tepig, which is based on FelixMario2011's MvC2 Oshawott (the first version of it). Also this Marill is among one of few characters I sprited myself from scratch long time ago (though I sprited my very old DCvM Rocket Racer first)
