Team of Moriya Minakata and Hibiki Takane; both Moriya and Hibiki attack, but Moriya is the hurtbox. Not sure if it's meant to be based on anything. Made in under a week for a character jam, intended for high-level CPU fights and the like. Will only work in WinMUGEN out of the box, but should work fine in later versions if you make it so that they don't call to the ExplodExpansion.st file. AI included.
