No, it's not Kevin Levin from Ben 10 sadly. This character is so unfinished that none of it's sprites exists and so all that remained is the KFM placeholder sprites and other character placeholder sprites that apparently would serve as a base for the character's sprites. At maximum the only finished sprite is the portrait.
