So Yaguruma (矢車 想, Yaguruma Sō) is a former member of ZECT who was the first known user of Kamen Rider TheBee (仮面ライダーザビー, Kamen Raidā ZaBī, Masked Rider TheBee). However his obsessive desire to defeat Soji Tendo causes him to defect from the organization, later walking a lone "path of darkness" as Kamen Rider KickHopper (仮面ライダーキックホッパー, Kamen Raidā Kikkuhoppā, Masked Rider KickHopper).
