Gustab (spelled Gustav in the game) Munchausen is actually a real KOF character. The big portrait is official art. However, he isn't playable, only appeared in the background of a stage (in a Gameboy Advance game), and barely any information was given about the character. He could be a martial artist; he could just be a millionaire who started one (1) tournament and ran off when he was caught being unethical. Theoretically, you could make him do anything, and you could get away with it because of the aforementioned lack of info and the fact that almost nobody knows who this is. Which is why Zelgadis got away with putting him in his King of Fighters Memorial fullgame and no one noticing Gustab isn't just another broken Oswald edit.
