One of many playable Toons from Dandy's World (a ROBLOX game).
While none of playable Toons can't fight back against Twisteds in source game, Goob has an ability (known as "Hug!") that can be useful in combat. Though I also did include Mega Punch and its super variant (typical Kung Fu Palm copy, but is not exact copy-paste from Kung Fu Man)
This version of him was partially inspired by existing MUGEN conversions by PawPawsFan8UTTP and Steven11442. The former one wasn't that great, though it did make me add Mega Punch and Triple Mega Punch, while the latter one was better yet it had snippets of code taken from other characters (such as Kyle Broflovski), and none of which got his eye positions right (his left eye is lower than his right eye)
