(This char upload is a transfer from AK1 Mugen Community, and will also probably be my last given Raldi unfortunately takes forever for me given his file size)

Being one of, if not the first ever character he made for the engine as evident from it being under his Placemario name, this character isn’t exactly the best: crudely made sprites using official renders, some pretty weird overall gameplay using a janky E.O.H template, and voice lines sourced from another character.

If anything, this just feels like something Ivan Luiz would’ve made, though comparing it to that quality is rather harsh (especially since this is FelixMario’s first character, and the creations from him that came out after are infinitely better than anything Ivan would’ve made).

This also comes with his stage (Flapjack’s Docks) in case you want that as well.
